A recent addition to Facebook is the ability to “block application spam”.

If you are fed up with requests to throw sheep (which I personally enjoy, but you may not) or to become a vampire, you now have the power to block that application directly from the request.  If you block an application, you won’t be sent any more notices from that particular aplication.

When you get a request from an application, you now have the ability to “Block Application” directly from the request. If you block an application, it will not be able to send you any more requests.
