Want to write a fascinating information product??  I mean an information product that you can really make money online with?  A product that will launch you as a subject matter expert?

Then write an ebook about a subject that YOU find fascinating!!  If you find it interesting, chances are someone else will too.  Don’t stress yourself by trying to create “the next bestseller” aimed at the masses… write about something that fascinates YOU!  Even if you are in a minority here… the beauty of the Internet is that it connects you with people all over the world looking for information on the most obscure and the most varied topics imaginable.

So, write about subjects that intrigue you… even if that subject is yurts, toy trains, Manolo Blahniks or Halo 2.   I truly believe that if you write about what you find fascinating, you will find an audience who finds it fascinating as well.

Also, by writing about something you find fascinating… you will be motivated to create a quality product.  Your passion and enthusiasm will show through in your writing.  Your experience and insights will be genuine and sincere.  Your readers will be able to pick up on that and they will be engaged by your fascination for your subject matter.

Another benefit to writing about a subject that you find fascinating is the long term future you create for yourself.  You can end up writing companion material, or articles, or maybe even seminars.   Your own fascination with the subject will mean you can devote long term energy into this subject and become a “go to” subject matter expert. 

And once you become a subject matter expert and have people emailing you and seeking you out for more information… you will be SO glad that you picked a subject that you found fascinating since you will be talking about it for a really, really long time!
